This Sherwood Brut and Octo lever height tool can be used to check the correct lever height of the Sherwood Brut and the Sherwood Octo second-stage regulators.
 
How it works:
Pressurize the second stage and check the demand lever height by sliding the tool over the lever.
When it makes contact without triggering an airflow, it is ok. If not, adjust the orifice seat as needed until the correct height is achieved.
