What are your shipping rates?

We only offer to ship with track & Trace. The shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If you want to estimate the cost of shipping, add your desired items to the cart and proceed to check out where you can select the shipping options available for your country (we offer Standard mail, DHL, and DHL express).

When the package is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email, there is a link to the site where you can use your Track & Trace code provided in the email.

Do you sell service kits or spare parts?

No, we do not, these can be obtained at your dealer or on the internet on marketplaces like eBay.

Do you have a physical shop where we can buy tools?

Yes, we do and it is located in The Netherlands, please make an appointment by email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners, Discover, Visa, Apple pay, Ideal, and payment by bank transfer.

Can we buy tax-free?

Yes, if you are a company located inside the European Union and not located in the Netherlands. The best way to do this is by sending us an email with the items you need and your European tax id number.

We will then send you an invoice, which can be paid by bank transfer, after receiving payment we will send the goods to your preferred address.

Do I have to pay import tax?

All countries (outside of the European Union) have their own regulations on import tax, unfortunately, we can not provide information on this.

The best is to contact your local customs office for more details on this.

In our prices are import duties, taxes, and other fees not included, these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you sell any products that are not on your webshop?

No, all we sell can be found on our webshop.

Are the products I would like to order in stock?

Our webshop stock is updated in real-time, which means that for products that are not in stock, this will be stated with the product, otherwise all products are in stock.

Where can I track my order?

Depending on the shipping service you selected you will receive an email with tracking information.

Every time your order is scanned there will be an update on your tracking page.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide with tracking updates.

Orders with a value of €500 or higher are extra insured

All orders of €250 or higher are free of shipping costs.
