• Shipping costs are calculated during your checkout, where you are given the shipping options for your country.

• All orders of €250 and above are free of shipping costs*.

• Our goods are packed in boxes or padded envelopes to make sure your goods reach their destination without damage.

• All packages come with a Track & Trace code so you know exactly where your order is and when it will arrive at your doorstep.

• All products in our webshop are in stock (unless stated otherwise) and shipped within 24 hours.

* ​Unfortunately, there are some countries where we cannot offer free shipping on orders over €250.

If a country does not qualify for free delivery on orders over €250, this will be indicated during checkout.

Due to new legislation in the United States, we are unfortunately required to invoice our American customers in advance.
 

If you live in the United States and want to place an order, please email shipping@divingondemand.com with the items you wish to order and your full address details; we will then calculate shipping and customs costs and send you an invoice with a payment link.
The goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
