The Inflator Connector O-Ring Toolset is designed to turn the tedious task of replacing low-pressure inflator coupling seals into a quick, routine procedure. The tool allows you to place interior O-rings without damaging the coupling walls or tearing the delicate rubber component.
 
The toolset provides a universal fit that is compatible with 90% of the standard BCD and drysuit inflator connectors currently available on the market.
 
How It Works:
Hold or lock the low-pressure inflator connector sleeve/locking ring in its fully open position.
Slide the thin alignment rod into the connector, ensuring the thicker part goes in first.
Drop the new lubricated O-ring onto the exposed end of the guide rod.
Slide the hollow outer sleeve of the tool over the guide rod and push downwards. As you press home, use a gentle twisting motion to smoothly pop the O-ring securely into its designated internal groove.
