How It Works:
Place the tool flat on a clean workbench or desk surface to establish a stable operating base.
Insert an empty high-pressure swivel spool directly into the cavity of the tool to lock it into place.
Position the replacement O-ring directly on top of the seated swivel assembly.
Push the O-ring sideways over the lip of the swivel top using your finger until it seats smoothly and securely into its designated groove.
