The Mares Technopolymer lever height tool is a levelling gauge engineered for the calibration of Mares second-stage regulators with a Technopolymer housing.

How It Works:

Calibrating your regulator is simple and accurate with this tool. With the second stage pressurised, slide the height gauge along the casing over the demand lever. The lever should make light contact with the gauge without triggering a free flow. Adjust the position as required by tightening or loosening the demand lever locknut until it sits perfectly in line.

Additionally, flip the tool around to use the dedicated recessed slot on the opposite side to verify the poppet seat setting, ensuring the connector's protrusion measures exactly 3.8mm as specified in the service manual.
