The Mares MR12 guide bushing tool is used for the service and overhaul of Mares MR12 first-stage regulators. This tool ensures the accurate installation of the small internal components located directly on top of the main spring within the first-stage body.

How It Works:

Alignment: The guide bushing tool is securely inserted onto the first-stage body of the Mares MR12 regulator to serve as a precise channel.
Component Placement: Small internal parts are loaded through the guide sleeve, allowing them to smoothly slide into their designated factory positions on top of the spring without binding or tilting.
Securing the Assembly: Once the internal components are perfectly seated, the included custom-fitted push rod is utilised to slide and lock the internal retaining circlip firmly into its groove, finalising the installation securely.
