The Hex Inline adjustment tool with Gauge is an adjusting instrument engineered for scuba regulator tuning. This tool links directly in line between the low-pressure hose and the second-stage regulator.
It allows technicians to adjust the orifice of second-stage regulators that use the hex orifice. It also eliminates the need to constantly depressurise equipment between adjustments.
How It Works:
The tool is installed directly between the second-stage regulator inlet and the low-pressure supply hose. Once airflow is turned on, the integrated pressure gauge provides a continuous reading of the first-stage intermediate pressure. The technician then engages the internal hex drive directly into the opening of the second-stage air inlet orifice. By turning the external adjustment knob, the orifice is precisely positioned to balance spring tension against the internal valve lever, achieving flawless breathing performance under live pressure simulation.
