The valve body holder tool for Scubapro second stage can be used to save the plastic housings of the Scubapro R-series 2nd stage regulators when the valve body and the valve housing are badly corroded.
 
The tool has an 8mm hex adapter on the back but can also be used with a 14mm or 9/16 open-end spanner or an adjustable spanner to open the assembly without damaging the regulator case.
 
The Scubapro R-series case recovery tool is precision machined from stainless steel.
