The Scubapro bushing tool is engineered to assist technicians during the assembly of Scubapro’s balanced piston first stages. By providing alignment, it makes installing internal bushing rings and the delicate intermediate O-ring effortless. Machined from white acetal (POM-C), this workshop tool prevents accidental scoring, marring, or damage to sensitive internal walls.
How It Works:
Remove the worn bushing assembly components. Lightly lubricate the new O-ring and bushing rings from the service kit. Place the replacement rings and the small central O-ring onto the tool's stepped guide pilot. Insert the tool smoothly into the regulator body to push and seat the bushing arrangement perfectly into its recess.
For servicing Scubapro MK20, MK21, and MK25 balanced piston first stages.
Functions as an exact alternative to the Scubapro tool #43.300.225.
Used with the 10.700.105 Ring and Scubapro 01.060.607 Ring.
