Atomic first-stage seat retainer socket tool made of white acetal and steel pins for scuba regulator service.

The Atomic First-Stage Seat Retainer Socket is used to safely remove and install the chrome-plated high-pressure seat retainer inside Atomic Aquatics first-stage regulators during annual service.

How It Works:

  1. Place the flat face of the socket flush against the chrome seat retainer component inside the first-stage housing.
  2. Position the tool carefully so that all hardened stainless steel pins fully drop and seat into the designated manufacturing alignment holes.
  3. Press the socket tool down firmly with one hand to prevent any vertical play or unwanted tilt.
  4. Apply balanced hand torque counter-clockwise to unthread and loosen the seat retainer.
