Atomic first-stage piston tool precision machined from brass for scuba regulator service to protect knife edges.

The Atomic First-Stage Piston Tool (also known as a piston bullet) is a tool engineered to slide the high-pressure piston assembly through the regulator body during service of an Atomic Aquatics first-stage regulator.

How It Works:

  1. Push the brass piston bullet tool directly onto the knife-edge or sharp stem of the Atomic high-pressure piston assembly.
  2. Apply a thin layer of silicone grease onto the outer surface of the bullet and the seated piston o-rings.
  3. Push the entire assembly smoothly through the first-stage regulator body, allowing the tool to lead the O-ring past internal ports and threads safely.
  4. Once the piston is safely seated through the main dynamic seal area, remove the brass bullet tool from the tip.
