The Aqualung heavy-duty dry chamber cap tool is used to open Aqualung first-stage environmental dry chamber rings that are severely corroded.
 
How It Works:
  1. Position the first-stage regulator securely in a bench vice using appropriate holding fixtures.
  2. Fit the dry chamber cap tool directly over the environmental cap ring on top of the first stage.
  3. Attach a 22mm socket wrench to the top hex drive of the tool.
  4. Apply a steady, parallel force to unthread the dry chamber ring.
