Aqualung dry chamber cap tool precision machined from premium aluminium for first stage regulator servicing.

The Aqualung dry chamber cap tool from Scuba Service Tools is a workshop-grade, precision-machined aluminium socket engineered for secure maintenance of environmental dry chamber rings. It prevents damage to fine threads on classic Aqualung and US Divers regulators, offering compatibility with standard 22mm tools for proper torque application up to 15 Nm.

How It Works:

  1. Position the first-stage regulator securely in a bench vice using appropriate holding fixtures.
  2. Fit the specialized dry chamber cap tool directly over the environmental cap ring on top of the first stage.
  3. Attach a 22mm open-end spanner, adjustable wrench, or matching socket wrench to the top hex drive of the tool.
  4. Apply a steady, parallel force to unthread or tighten the dry chamber ring.
  5. Ensure you do not exceed the recommended manufacturer torque value of 15 Nm during installation.
