The Scubapro MK19 EVO balance chamber tool is used to open and close the balance chamber on Scubapro MK19 EVO first-stage regulators.
Without this tool, technicians risk slipping and permanently damaging the regulator's internal threads or body. Machined from stainless steel and featuring hardened stainless steel tips, this tool provides a secure, interlocking interface that guarantees maximum component protection.
How It Works:
Align and insert the hardened stainless steel tips into the corresponding recesses on the top of the Scubapro MK19 EVO balance chamber. For routine maintenance, use the integrated stainless steel T-handle to smoothly rotate and remove or install the chamber. In cases where the balance chamber is severely seized or bonded by saltwater corrosion, the T-handle can be bypassed, allowing the back end of the tool to be driven in combination with a standard 17mm or 11/16" socket wrench for added mechanical leverage.
