The Apeks Flight and XL4 tool has several functions that can be used on the Apeks Flight as well as the Apeks XL4.
The diaphragm retainer tool for Apeks Flight scuba regulator (identical to the Apeks AT71 tool) can be used in 2 different ways in the first and the second stage of the Apeks flight regulators.
For the removal and installation of the first stage composite diaphragm retainer from the Apeks Flight first stage by pressing the circular recesses of the tool onto the composite diaphragm ring it can be opened or closed using a 1/2" Ratchet.
But also for opening the second stage membrane locking ring in the Apeks Flight and XL4 second stage. By pressing the pins on the other side of the tool into the openings of the locking ring, it can be easily opened and closed by hand.
The Apeks Flight and XL4 tool is precision machined from white acetal (POM-C).
Special features the tool features a 1/2" Ratchet wrench drive, allowing torque to be applied - do not exceed 20 Nm.
